Booking approval
Most businesses use instant confirmation. Some require manual approval — you'll see which mode is active on each listing. You won't be charged until your booking is confirmed.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment are always free. Late cancellations (inside 24 hours) may incur a fee set by the individual business — always displayed before you book.
No-shows
If you fail to attend without cancelling, the business may charge a no-show fee of up to 100% of the session price. If the business no-shows or cancels last-minute, you receive a full refund.
Deposits & payments
Some businesses require a small refundable deposit to secure your spot. This is shown clearly before booking. Free sessions only require a card on file — nothing is charged unless you no-show.
Lead time & availability
Businesses set a minimum lead time (usually 2–4 hours) so they have time to prepare. You can book up to 60 days in advance. Availability updates in real time.
Disputes & support
If something goes wrong — a business cancels without notice, the treatment was misrepresented, or you weren't refunded properly — contact our support team and we'll resolve it fairly.
Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Many clinics and academies list sessions at no cost to models. When there is a fee, it's clearly shown upfront before you commit.
Do I need experience?
No experience needed. Clinics are looking for willing participants, not professional models.
Will my card be charged immediately?
No. For free sessions, your card is only held on file in case of a no-show. Paid sessions are charged only after booking is confirmed. Deposits, if required, are charged at booking.
Can I reschedule instead of cancelling?
Yes — if the business allows it. Contact them through the platform at least 24 hours before your appointment and they can offer an alternative time.
Is my card safe?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
What happens if a business cancels on me?
You will receive a full refund of any payments made, including deposits. Our support team is available to help resolve any issues.
